Frank Cridland Pty Ltd Customs Clearance division is purchased by R Katte Customs Agency Pty Ltd and trades as Frank Cridland Ray Katte Customs Agencies. |
1994 |
BCR Freight (Australia) Pty Ltd is founded. The letters ‘B’ ‘C’ ‘R’ originate from the initial stakeholders; Buyers Consolidated, Cridland-Katte Customs and Rob Hunter. For technical reasons Buyers Consolidated withdrew from investing in the company prior to starting in 1994 and the initial owners Ray Katte, Rob Hunter and David Katte continue to run the business today. |
